The shift
A six-session group programme for teams.
The Shift is a series of six group sessions that help teams find balance and work more effectively together. It creates space to look honestly at how a team operates, where things get stuck, and how to move forward with greater alignment.

A practical, neurodivergent-affirming day.
This one-day programme is designed to build awareness and confidence in supporting neurodivergence at work. It offers clear information, practical tools and a neurodivergent-affirming approach grounded in lived experience, coaching practice and care.
The day also explores the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace — highlighting the creativity, insight and different ways of thinking that neurodivergent people bring to teams and organisations.

Joymining workshops are playful, high-energy sessions designed to motivate teams and realign people around what matters. The work blends coaching, creative facilitation and humour — drawing on my background as a performer and facilitator of spontaneous, slightly ridiculous (and highly effective) projects. They create the conditions for groups to think creatively, explore vision and problem-solve together as a hive mind.
Expect humour, honesty and the good kind of chaos. People laugh, think differently and leave feeling reconnected — to themselves, each other and the work.

This can be commissioned separately by organisations or accessed independently by individuals.
