ADHD Coaching
Living with ADHD can feel intense, creative, overwhelming and alive, often all at once.
If you have ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified), you might struggle with focus, time, motivation, emotional regulation or self-trust, while also carrying big, sensitivity, humour and originality.
This ADHD coaching is not about fixing you.
It’s about understanding how your ADHD works and building a life that supports that. This is finding your way to do the things you want to do.

How ADHD coaching works
My approach is ADHD-informed, person-centred and practical. We work together to understand your patterns and create strategies that fit your real life, not an ideal version of it.
This is coaching that works at your pace. When we need to go fast, we will, and when its time to take stock, we will.
What we might work on
focus, getting started, follow-through and procrastination
time blindness and overwhelm
emotional intensity and rejection sensitivity
confidence, self-trust and self-compassion
structure that feels supportive, not restrictive
work, creativity, relationships, parenting and life transitions
This coaching focuses on what helps, not what’s wrong. Make a plan that works for you, create structure that suits how you work or we can simply body double when things just need to get done.
Additional experience
Alongside my wider coaching practice, I bring specific ADHD experience to this work:
a formal ADHD diagnosis received in adulthood
a certified ADHD coaching diploma from the Centre of Excellence
lived experience of navigating work, creativity and life with ADHD
You won’t be pathologised here or told to “try harder”. We work with who you are.
Who this is for
This coaching is for you if you have ADHD or elements of this in your Neurodivergent profile or blueprint and want support that is human, informed and realistic. You don’t need to be organised, motivated or “ready” to begin and fine if you are.
